3.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x111a login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. x111a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify x111a immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your x111a Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. x111a reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x111a does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5.6 Prohibited Payment Sources. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. x111a prohibits deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.
Withdrawal Note: Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification.

Settlement of cricket bets follows official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Rain rules and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are honoured in accordance with official declarations.
6.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error affecting a game or betting market, x111a will investigate and may at its discretion void affected bets and return stakes to Players. x111a is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. 7.2 Wagering Requirements.
